Conditions of Use Products are accepted as returns only as new products. Products showing wear will not be accepted.
Damaged products however will be accepted - this decision is up to the Wrestling Apparel staff to decide.
Shipping and Returns
Most items leave our warehouse within two business days after you place your order. As soon as it ships, we e-mail you shipping details, including a tracking number. If you check your order status before receiving that e-mail, you will see that the order is En Route. You can expect most packages to be delivered to their destination within 5-10 business days from the ship date.
Do you refund shipping charges?
We refund shipping charges in the following cases:
1. We ship an incorrect product.
2. We ship a broken or defective product.
3. The carrier damages a product during shipping.
If we re-ship a product in these cases, we do not add another shipping charge.
All claims for lost or damaged merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt or product shipment - whichever is the case.
Returns:
A 20% restocking fee will be assessed to returned merchandise. The restocking fee will be waived under certain circumstances. All sales on clearance or discontinued products are final. We will not accept returns for these items unless the product has a defect.
Exchanges:
No restocking fee will be added on exchanges. At this time we do not cover shipping on errors that are out of our control. (ex. incorrect size selections)
Orders placed before 3pm CST will be shipped that business day. Orders placed after 3pm CST will be shipped the following business day. Orders Status may resemble an incorrect remark for the first 24 hours of your order.
EXPRESS DELIVERY (Overnight/2 day) ORDERS
Internet Orders must be received by 1:00pm CST Monday-Friday to guarantee same day shipping. No delivery hour is guaranteed or implied . Call for overnight or 2 day shipping. We are not responsible for delays in delivery by our carriers due to bad weather or other natural causes. |
